That’s more fiber than what you’d find in oats, black beans, artichokes, brown rice and potatoes. That’s more antioxidants than you’d find in garlic, almonds, cherries, raisins, blueberries, kale and spinach. That’s more protein that what is in beans, lentils, tofu and spinach.
